Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers (BAC) Local 23 represents highly skilled craftworkers across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Maryland. As part of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local 23 brings together men and women trained in brick, block, stone, marble, tile, terrazzo, refractory, restoration and cement.
With a proud tradition rooted in craftsmanship, safety, and solidarity, Local 23 is committed to raising standards in the construction industry. The union advocates for fair wages, strong benefits, safe working conditions, and ongoing training through nationally recognized apprenticeship and skill-upgrade programs.
Local 23 partners with signatory contractors to deliver projects of the highest quality—ranging from residential and commercial buildings to large industrial and public infrastructure.
